CMGLux Services – Online Payment Terms and Conditions

By booking a service or submitting payment to CMGLux Services, LLC ("CMGLux"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize CMGLux to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered, including any approved add-on services requested by the customer.

2. Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may pay online using approved payment methods provided by CMGLux.

3. Estimates and Final Charges

Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, accessibility, and scope of work. Any changes in pricing will be communicated before additional charges are applied.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Customers may reschedule services based on availability.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact CMGLux directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation, including service records, photographs, invoices, and customer communications.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a service concern is reported within 24 hours of service completion, CMGLux may offer a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Returned Payments

Customers are responsible for any fees associated with declined, reversed, or returned payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

CMGLux is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by conditions outside of our control. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securing valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other personal property before service begins.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service, checking the acceptance box online, or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
